Heart Craft - Terms of Service

Welcome to Heart Craft! Heart Craft is owned and operated by VIRALWORKS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Heart Craft", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Heart Craft allows users to create and customize love letters for personal use. Certain features may require payment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

Some features require a one-time payment. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any text you generate but grant Heart Craft a limited license to use your content solely for providing the service. We do not publicly share your letters unless explicitly authorized by you.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the app to create or share:

• Harassing, hateful, or illegal content

• Spam or unsolicited messages

• Copyright-infringing material

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on how your payment was processed:

• Payments processed internationally through Paddle: You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@myheartcraft.com with your order details, and eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Payments made in India (in Indian Rupees, processed through Razorpay and/or Paytm): All such payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

8. Disclaimer

This app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any letter generated.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the new terms.
