What is a HeartCraft card?
An interactive digital greeting card. Instead of a static image, the person you send it to goes through a few playful moments, like popping balloons or opening an envelope, before reading your message.
Does the receiver need to download an app?
No. Every card is a link that opens in a normal web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The HeartCraft app is only an option for people who want to create cards on the go.
How do I send the card?
Once your card is ready you get a private link. Paste it into WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, SMS or email. Some cards also give you a QR code or a short video for your status.
Are the cards private?
Yes. Each card has its own hard-to-guess link and is hidden from search engines, so only the people you share it with can see it.
How much does a card cost?
Most cards are a one-time payment, and the exact price is shown in your currency before you pay. There’s no subscription to cancel, and the person opening the card never pays.
Can I send a card to someone in another country?
Yes. Cards open anywhere in the world, and international cards and payments are supported, so it works well for long-distance friends, family and partners.
